Final Week at Innocent Coffee

Update: Innocent Coffee has closed but are now operating as The Taste and See Shop at 129-1628 West 1st Avenue (Alley off of Fir Street), Vancouver.

Innocent Coffee is starting their last week operating their small two-storey outpost on 4th Avenue with plans to relocate to a new space nearby bringing in a stronger retail component to their business.

They will wrap up five years in their unique space which was always a contrast in strong graphic elements balanced against a minimalist design. With a background in the arts, pop-ups and artist exhibitions were always a strong component of life in the cafe.

They will bring over a similar aesthetics to their new space along with continuing their coffee service using beans from Origins Organics Coffee on Granville Island. They should be open in a few weeks and are planning on gradually building out their space and offerings along the way. Follow them on Twitter or Instagram to keep track of progress on their reopening.

10.23: First off, thank you all immensely for the support for the past 5 years. It has been a very humbling experience for Jerome and myself. Coming in to work from 6 to 5, 6 days a week for 5 years straight has not always been fun and fancy but it has indeed been very fulfilling doing what we love.
