#cafeyvrinvictoria April 2014, Bows & Arrows Coffee Roasters

Located just outside of downtown Victoria, Bows & Arrows Coffee Roasters has steadily built up a roster of cafes across North America serving their coffee since they opened in 2011.

While their space in Burnside mostly functions as their coffee roastery, they've taken a lot of thought in creating a beautiful space for people to come in to enjoy a cup of coffee and learn more about their coffee.

Their open concept space includes an elegant coffee bar with some seating and a stand up bar alongside their navy blue Probat roaster. Bows & Arrows Coffee's roastery/tasting bar was designed by Toronto's MSDS Studio (Jessica Nakanishi and Jonathan Sabine).

Bows & Arrows Coffee Roasters' beans can be found in a few Vancouver cafes: Revolver Coffee, Innocent Coffee, Momento Coffee House and Great Dane Coffee.

Catalyst Coffee: Roaster of the Week: Bows and Arrows

"I had decided last week the first roaster we would showcase is Bows and Arrows. Based out of the industrial region of Victoria, BC, they’ve quickly shown how good they get. Most open roaster cafes in the US and Canada keep them in their rotation and I know that I can trust them if I want a complex, fun coffee."
